Hullo List I am searching for Edgars who migrated from SCO abt 1849 from Maybole, Ayrshire. and his name was William EDGAR and was in the Federal 1871 Canadian census aged 22,( living with someone else. on censusbearing a different name than head of the family.). in Toronto West Canada, St Georges Ward. His mother was a Martha Edgar and father John Edgar, who were married Dec 1834 in Maybole Ayrshire, SCO. I am wondering how I find out who he stayed with and where to go from here after hopefully finding one of our ancestors. I believe there are still a few Edgars in Ontario Canada They may have even moved to U.S.A. later. Myra
