Forgive my repeated request on this.

Henry F. EDMONDSON was born in 1839 in Vermont or New Jersey or New York or
somewhere else.

He first showed up on the books when he married Nancy E. BALTIMORE in the
Choctaw Nation in 1862.

He then enlisted or was conscripted in Confederate forces and then deserted
and enlisted in the First Arkansas infantry, Fayetteville, Arkansas (union)
as a private. He advanced to Drum Major of the Regiment and was discharged
in 1865.

He and Nancy moved to eastern Nebraska, had four children, Henry S.,
William, Ida and Elizabeth. Henry died in the National Soldiers home at
Leavenworth, KS abt 1905.

Where is he from? Who were his parents? I've been looking off and on for
about thirty years. I'm 82 and it is beginning to seem that I will never
know unless you help me.
