Could anyone please advise me if the 1891 Cambridgeshire Census has been index?

I am searching for Charles ALLENSBY aged 47 born Barnwell Cambridge, Charles W. ALLENSBY age 14 born Ely, Susan ALLENSBY age 18 born Ely, Harriet ALLENSBY age 14 and Thomas ALLENSBY age 12 born Ely.

They were living as a family in Ely in 1881 (their name being spelt as ALLENBY) but on death of their mother Harriet Elizabeth ALLENSBY Charles's wife in July 1881. The Children were placed in the Ely Union Workhouse and their father 'disappeared'.

I would not expect to find them as a family in 1891 but as individuals.

I would appreciate any information on any of the above.
