Reposting my interest in the HIGGINS/VINES surnames
in the Forest.

Thomas HIGGINS born between 1825 & 1837 in HEF - Huntly
and being in the Whitecroft/Littledean/Cinderford area
from the 1850's to 1901. I have him in all census papers
from 1861 to 1901 incl.

Thomas married Elizabeth VINES in 1857 in Whitecroft.
They had a son James William HIGGINS in Whitecroft in 1858.

The fathers of both Thomas and Elizabeth were named William.

Is anyone researching these two families?
