I have joined the list in the hope that someone can help me trace the last of my son in laws 4T maternal Gt Grandparents.
Samuel Cuthbert was born in Clenchwarton c1825. He next surfaces in 1851 as a 26 year old journeyman miller living in Louth, Lincoln. On his 1853 marriage certificate his father is listed as George Cuthbert, farmer. The name that I am short of is the wife of George, Samuels mother.
My final hope is that they were living in Norfolk as a family unit in 1841, so if anyone has the '41 cencus I would be very grateful if they could check to see if Samuel, aged 15, is listed with his family. More of a long shot would be George Cuthbert, farmer, in the 1851.
If not a look up then any advice on how I can proceed would be appreciated. I looked at the LDS site but baptisms 1825 Clenchwarton appear not to have been filmed.
Many thanks.
Brian Ranson.
