What are your connections with each of those surnames? First of all, i have
tons on the Bradfords, my grandmother was a Bradford. Furthest back i have on
the Bradfords is Charles and Nancy Bradford from SC, they had many children.
One, Nicholas Bradford, married Elizabeth, and they had Isaac Bradford.
Another of Charles and Nancy's sons was named Richard Joshua Bradford and he
married Mary F. Kirkland. Richard and Mary had Cynthia Amelia Bradford.
Isaac and Cynthia, were first cousins, and they were living in Gwinnett Co.
when they married. They had Charles Yarborough Bradford, who married Julia
Anne McHugh. Charles and Julia had Luther David Bradford, who married Zillie
Harriet Huff. Zillie and Luther had Deline Roana, who is my grandmother.
Julia Anne McHugh's parents were James M. McHugh and Nancy J. Hutchins.
James's father was Benjamin F. McHugh, and Benjamin's father was Charles
McHugh, who came to Gwinnett with his family in the 1820s. I have a lot of
information on brothers and sisters of James.
I'm a descendant of Adam Robinson, who basically is the forefather for all the
Robinsons in Gwinnett Co. I believe i'm desended through William T. Robinson,
who married a Bagwell, and they had a son named George G. Robinson, who was a
judge in Gwinnett Co. I'm still trying to sort out all the truth in this line
cause there are a lot of holes in the research.
I recently found out that my Wilson connection might not even be in Gwinnett
Co., and more importantly, i don't think i have it at all. Euela, (i've seen
her listed as other names as well), i believe lived in Gwinnett or Walton Co.,
and moved to Alabama, and married a Wilson there. She had some children in
Alabama, but then came back to Gwinnett Co. after she left her husband. She
still retained the Wilson name instead of her maiden name, and married Alford
Iverson Baggett in Gwinnett Co. I'm still trying to sort all this too. So
far, i haven't been able to find out her maiden name.
What are your connections with these surnames, and i can see if i have them
with my information? Maybe this helps you in what you have? Tell me what you
have, and thanks for the help!
