I am a little confused? Are you asking for a lookup for Only Gwinnett
County census for 1830 & 1840?
I have all of the published Gwinnett County census books.

Find reference of an Isaac's Adms names including Ann - is this the
Isaac you are speaking of? He died early & Ann is mention in the census
following his death - his wife?

Also find reference to many Cowan (& varies in Jackson Co) including an
Elijah but earlier than the one you mention, an Isaac, George, William &
etc.

I'll look in what references I have if you can be more specificate!
