Mrs. Morris Wright
Died Wednesday Night
Mrs. Bertha Mae Wright, wife of E. M. Wright, died at their home in this city
Wednesday night at 10 o'clock after an illness of several weeks duration.
The deceased was born on April 23, 1884, and was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs.
T. P. Townley.
She was reared in Lawrenceville, where she was loved and had many friends.
She leaves a heart broken young husband and three small children, two sons and
a daughter to mourn her untimely death, besides her aged mother and the
following brothers and sisters: John W., James A., Elbert and Reece Townley,
Mrs. J. B. Whitworth, Mrs. Banie Durham, Mrs. J. L. Haney, Mrs. Driver of
Carrollton, Misses Mary and Maud Townley, who have the sympathy of the entire
community.
Mrs. Wright was a consistent member of the Baptist Church, and her funeral
will be conducted from there Friday morning 11 o'clock, the exercises to be in
charge of the pastor, Rev. H. F. Wood, assisted by Rev. R. D. DeWeese.
Internment in the new cemetery.
