purchased the wheelwright shop and house of Ruel Jefferis, at
ChaddFord, Del. co., for $1400. Eber Brittingham, of the
same Hundred, has purchased the blacksmith shop and house of
Samuel << Gamble>> , at Chadds'Ford, for $1662. The Black Horse
Tavern, in Middletown, now occupied by Allen Chandler, has
been sold to Thomas McCall - 55 acres, for $11,000.
