Bennie C. Gannaway

Bennie Louise Casey Gannaway of Denver, a teacher, died March 27. She was
88.

Services were Saturday at Grace Chapel. Interment was in Chapel Hill
Cemetery.

She was born June 7, 1911, in Jacksonville, Texas. She earned a bachelor's
degree in education from Southern Oregon College of Education in Ashland,
Ore. Her interests included knitting, sewing, reading, music and travel.

She is survived by two sons, Tom, Gig Harbor, Wash., and Ken, San Jose,
Calif.; two daughters, Emily J. Willecke, Littleton, and Janet S. Gibas,
Englewood; 10 grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren.
