Hi Christine,

My grandmother Catherine Gannon was born around Murrisk, Westport, County of Mayo c 1869. She had a sister Mary a year older. Their parents were John and Mary (no maiden name)
The two sisters came to the US around 1886. Catherine married John Seaman and they settle in PA at first but moved to Boston, MA in the mid 1890's. Mary married Joseph Kelley in Boston.
John and Catherine had 9 children: John, Mary, Thomas, Catherine, Gertrude, Florence, Elizabeth, Francis and George.

Do you have any info of the Gannon's in the Murrisk area?
