I subscribe to several lists and wish to address a common problem. PLEASE take the time to give full citation of the town, county AND state on your posts.

My last three messages, each from a different surname list, gave query information citing towns or counties with no associated states. The state is the one definitive part of the location, as city and county names repeat from state to state. It would be beneficial to add at least the two letter state abbreviation after each town or county mention. Not only will that make it easier for the reader to make a connection to the ancestors being queried, it will probably result in more productive replies for the poster.
