Is anyone on this list researching any of the Garner families that lived in Hall or Forsyth Co., GA ?? I am trying desperately to locate information on the Samuel Garner family, wife Martha Williams that lived in Hall Co., GA from 1830 to about 1884. Some of the family later moved to Forsyth Co. and on to Atlanta. Samuel was supposedly born in South Carolina, all children known to have been born in Georgia. I still need to find Samuel's parents and in need of finding out which of Samuel's children belong to grandchildren. In the 1870 and 1880 Hall Co. GA census Martha Garner is living with several grandchildren. Parents unknown at this time.

2) William R. Garner b 1843
3) Edmond A. Garner b 1846
4) Martha E. Garner b 1849
5) Temperance Garner b 1851

Grandchildren:
1) Mary Senora (Sonora) Garner b 3/1864 married Ozark Terry in Hall Co. in 1884
2) Samuel D. Garner b May 1870 married Francis Victory Elrod in Forsyth Co. in 1890
3) William H. Garner b February 1870 married Roda Mindia Terry in Forsyth Co. 1892
4) Permila Garner b 1878 no other information
5) Anzalia (Ann Eliza?) born 1879 no other information

Any information on any members of this family would be greatly appreciated!
