Looking for information on Mary and Michael GEIBEL, cousins of the above
Adam, who wrote "Kentucky Babe" and other melodies.

Mary & Michael's granddaughter was Anna BOMMERSHEIM, who in Philadelphia PA m
abt 1875 Emil SCHWARZ b 8 Jan 1850 after both had emigrated from Idesheim,
Hessen.

Because Anna BOMMERSHEIM and her parents were residents of Paris, FR during
the Franco-Prussian War, where Emil was billeted 1870 as a soldier of the
German Army of occupation, we believe our GEIBEL heritage could be French.
