I use the Master Genealogist and have a subscription to GenSmarts. When I
use the Research in GenSmarts option in file, and get the screen with the
research suggestions on it, there is a button which says "Online Lookup".
Some items are marked with a
green symbol which indicates it is available free (without subscription, I
assume) online. However, when I click the Online Lookup button, all I get
is a blank screen.

I have subscribed to the GenSmarts mailing list in hopes of getting support
on the program, but to date have not had my subscription request
acknowledged.
