It would also be helpful to post the years, like this:

Surname State, Duchy City/Town Years
Kuhnast/Kuenast Rheinland-Pfalz Mainz 1820-1860

That way no one has to come back to ask where and when.

But it isn't a rule, folks. Just an idea that popped into my head, nearly
knocked me off my chair <VBG!>. You do what you want to do.

Yes but you need the place they are from. Post again, like this:
Kuhnast/Kuenast - Rheinland-Pfalz
Myers - Baden-Wuerttemberg
Wingerter - Hessen
and so on. List the town where possible.
Myers - Baden-Wuertemberg - Stuttgart
