Another "option" would be ... in the future ... to require that those
interested send all requests for things like these ( maps, etc. ) DIRECTLY
to the person(s) making the offer ... ?

It's not a complicated operation to change the TO: line and enter the
correct address ( in this case )

But ... people being what they are, it most likely is a "mission
tmpossible" situation.
