I was told by a friend that Ancestry.com can have documents on their website 

one day, but when she goes back later to review them, they are gone. 

Unfortunately, it has happened to me now. That 'Weimar' arrival didn't used 

to be on Ancestry under the Baltimore arrivals, then popped up one day! I 

saved the page my GF's on (last page), but the Lemkes aren't there. I used 

to have the whole "Germans to America" copy of the manifest (about 14 book 

pages long), but when I got the actual image, I think I threw GtA into the 

recycling bin. If I find it, I'll let you know, but there's less and 

differing info than on the real manifest.

There's something about that Weimar voyage - it's listed on the 

catleGarden.org site, but arrived in Baltimore. It's not in the NYC branch 

of the NARA, but in the Phidelphia branch (and Washington). Maybe they 

stooped first in NYC? I don't know.

I'm terribly sorry. However, I went back to the Castle Garden site and made 

screen shots for you (sending to your address). There's a Henriette Lemke, 

but they have her destination as WI. The only way to be sure about who she 

may have been and to find the real details is to see the images of the 

manifest itself.

Do you live near a Mormon Church? They can help you find the closest Family 

History Library and the Library can get you the film strip to look at. 

There's a small fee, but it's much less than either ordering a copy of the 

manifest from the NARA website or traveling to Philadelphia or Washington DC 

to make your own copy!

I'd love a copy of the manifest.  My family was Friedrich Lemke and wife

Ulricke with children Max and Reinhardt.  I've been trying to find some of 

Fred's

brothers that also ended up in Wisconsin, but no luck so far.
