Dear Ursula
First thank you for your work.
Michael and Rosa first appear on the 1880 census in Reserve Township,
Allegheny Co. Pennsylvania. That near Pittsburgh. They had four children at the time
George age 6
Anton age 4
Matilda age 2
Vincent 6/12 They have daughter, but I think he was a son died in 1881
Michael Freund died in 1897
Michael's wife was Rosa Post
The 1880 census said they were from Bairen
The 1900 census has Rosa as: having 14 children 8 living
Rosa Friend widowed with 5 children still at home
Michael 1881
Louis 1883
Francis 1891 this was Paul's father
Lizzie 1892
Mary 1894
I have never found a record for any children born between 1883 and 1891
If only the 1890 census wasn't lost in a fire.
