Can someone tell me a Gifford decendancy which includes Elizabeth
Gifford thought to be the daughter of Mr Gifford, b. abt 1766. It is
believed she married John Furman b 1766 of Newtown LI NY. and they moved
to Berne to farm.

There is a Besty Gifford buried in the Gifford Furman cemetery in
Berne. I just want support her first name and marriage.

I have part of the William Gifford of Sandwich Mass, decendancy that is
printed in the New England Historical and Genealogical R egister, from
Oct 1975 through Oct 1977. It stops with Enos and his decendants. I am
looking for the rest of the copies before and after. I can copy them in
Salt Lake later when I go in a few weeks, so you can give me page
numbers etc.
