Good question. I do not know where they were married, my grandmothers book
doesn't say. However, Bernice Arline Lake was born in Hart, Oceana Co., MI.
At some point, and my mother doesn't know when, the family moved to Benton
Harbor, Berrien Co., MI. I also know that Jennie, Samuel and Bernice are
all buried at Crystal Springs Cemetary. I wrote to the cemetary asking for
information on all three, but have not received a reply. I also offered to
reimburse them for their work.
