I am looking for any information on Hiram Gifford born in NY around 1806. He married a Christianna Allard in late 1855 or early1856. They lived in Stephenson Co. Illinois but left there before 1963. He may have been married previously and had a daughter (or she could have been his neice) named Mary Gifford Smith Lilly born in Canada on March 13, 1829. He had a son Henry Gifford born in Canada or Illinois in 1848. Christianna was Henry's stepmother. Have no info on Henry's mother. Any Info would be appreciated.
