128 , Oct 1974 #4 Page 241, has William Gifford of Sandwich, Mass.
This report covers 10 years in the NEHGR. It says they were married
11 Feb 1635 St. Martins-in the Fields London, England. Death 1687.
Page 242 "William Gifford evidently arrived in New England after1643,
as he does not appear among those able to bear arms in that year."
