I am looking for information
concerning the origins of
Charles Ernest Gifford born
Berlin Germany
The details i have so far on this man are as follows.

Charles Ernest Gifford aged 58 when he married in Invercargill New
Zealand in 1904
Birthplace given as Berlin Germany
Father : Charles Ernest Gifford
Mother: Clara....?

Married: Amy Elizabeth Cooper aged 36
Birthplace Waikiwi New Zealand

I have traced from a granddaughter back to this couple and have hit the
wall with details concerning the origins and family of
Charles Ernest Gifford. Have tried lots of sites in the hope of
uncovering more information about the origins of this man and his
family.An very keen to learn how he made his way to New Zealand, and did
he come with other members of his family.
Also very keen to learn more about Amy Elizabeth Ware.
