(b. 1783 in Pa., d. 1861? in Md.) and Mary Buckman (b. 1785 in Pa., d.1809?
in Md). In 1826, she m. Enoch Lanning (Laning) in Bucks County, Pa.

Is she the mother of James Laning (b. abt 1832 in Philadelphia, Pa. ) who
poss. m. Sarah Locke? Is she therefore the grandmother of William Gillingham
Laning
(1852? - 1908) who was born in Pa. and who died in Philadelphia?
