Hi Mary,
I am not sure if you were responding to my posting.. My Patrick james Gilroy was born about 1880 in county cavan Ireland and died on april 24 1949 in New York City U.S. He married my great grandmother maryellen glennon. Not sure what year. I do know he was 20 years older than her. Patrick was married previously and she apparently died giving birth to their first child. Both died. I believe that is when he moved to the U.S. Patrick and maryellen had 6 children. Let me know if you know of anything.
