ADA -- Della Gullett, 86, of Ada, died at 12:35 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 21, 1999
at Hardin Hills Health Center, Kenton. She was born Oct. 18, 1913 in
Prestonburg, Ky. to Boyd and Clora (Dotson) Hall. She married Claude Gullett
on Aug. 8, 1936, and he died Aug. 31, 1961. Surviving are three daughters,
Mrs. Harry (Marilyn) King, Kenton; Mrs. Paul (Carolyn) Risner and Mrs.
Millard (Priscilla) Ochier, both of Ada; seven grandsons; 13
great-grandchildren; and two sisters, Beatrice Mears, Lima; and Irene Hall,
Ada. She also was preceded in death by two sisters, Zella Patton and Velva
Conley; and four brothers, Kelly, Homer, Hobert and Russell Hall. Mrs.
Gullett was a retired assembler for Essex Wire, Kenton. She was a member of
McGuffey Church of Christ and the Ada Senior Citizens. Funeral services will
be held at 1 p.m. Saturday at Hanson-Neely Funeral Home, Ada, the Rev. Scot
Caley officiating. Burial will be in Preston Cemetery, Alger. Visitation will
be held from 3-5 and 7-9 p.m. today and until time of services Saturday at
the funeral home. Memorials may be made to McGuffey Church of Christ.
