Is the 1920 Census yet available?

If so, would someone who has access to it be so kind as to look up the
following:

RODERIGUE or RODERIQUE
I am looking for my husband's grandparents (first names unknown) who would
have immigrated from the Azores (Portugal) to New Bedford between
1910-1920. By the time of the 1920 census, there were at least four
children, one of them named Willamina.

My apologies for being so inaccurate. We have literally no written family
records, and the oral history is very sketchy. The old genealogy adage: I
didn't descend from anyone, now what do I do? fits very well in this
situation.
