Looking for information on information about the family of Catherine
McCARRON who was born abt. 1874 in Co Tyrone, Ireland. Married Edward
Francis McELROY of New York. Catherine and her sister Sarah(married
McSORLEY) entered this country as teenagers supposedly via Massachusetts
in the late 1800's and were met by family. Both ended up in New York and
married New Yorkers.Descendants lived primarily in New York at this
point of research.
