Frank,
The Boston Globe for the dates you need is on microfilm. The microtext
department at the Boston Public Library has a partial index; I'm not sure how
far back it goes.
However, the Boston Globe has a clipping file for many major figures in
Boston and Massachusetts history. They may be able to make copies
of articles from this file, or, provide you with an index for your subject.
Either way, there will probably be a charge for the service as well as the
copies.
