There are articles in the July and October 1997 NEHG Register on this Shaw
family. It covers 3 generations and appears to be very well documented.
Lydia Shaw, dau of Dea. Jonathan, m. Eastham 4 Apr 1689 Nicholas Snow, son
of Mark Snow and Jane Prence. Mark Snow is a son of Nicholas Snow and
Constance Hopkins.

Children of John Shaw and an unknown spouse were as follows:

i.John; b. circa 1622 in England.

ii.James; b. circa 1624 in England; m. Mary Mitchell, daughter of
Experience Mitchell and Jane Cooke, 24 Dec 1652 at Plymouth, Plymouth
Colony; d. between 1 Jun 1675 and 10 May 1679.

iii.Abigail; b. circa 1626 in England; m. Stephen Bryant circa 1646 at
probably, Plymouth, Plymouth Colony; d. 24 Oct 1694 at Plymouth, Plymouth
Co., MA.

iv.Deacon Jonathan; b. circa 1629 in Plymouth Colony; m. Phebe Watson,
daughter of George Watson and Phoebe Hicks, 22 Jan 1656/57 at Plymouth,
Plymouth Colony; m. Persis Dunham, daughter of Deacon John Dunham and
Abigail Barlow, Aug 1683 at Plymouth, Plymouth Colony; d. Jul 1701 at
Lakenham, Plymouth Co., MA.
