Subject: John C. Newton 1815-1870

John C. (possibly Cornell) Newton born about 1815 in Massachusetts and
died March 11, 1870 in New Madrid Co., Missouri. I have been looking
for his parents for over 20 years with no luck. He is not listed in
the Leonard/Newton Genealogy. He was in Missouri by the 1850 census,
with no other Newton's in the county.
I have not found him in the 1840 census, but he may still have been
living with his parents. He may have married in Kentucky ca1845.

Can anyone help find this wandering soul? thanks in advance., Greg
