I want to request a copy of my grandparent' marriage lic. but I do not
know the place or date of marriage. I can provide names and the state
(most likely Reading is the city) but the date is not known. I know it
falls between Feb. - Oct. of 1930 Is this enough info?
I am too new at this to know.
