In Tuscon Arizona,
I also was born in Hyde Park,Business St.
My brother Howard (Benny) Benson,still lives there.
I also lived on Pierce,Winter and Oak.
Infact, I was there yesterday at the library.
Hyde Park wasen't part of Boston until
abt. 1912 .So,the library has town directories.
It lists B.M.D. for the town. Street address,
arrests,fire alarms and much more.
Sometimes children were born at home
and the parents never got around to listing them.There might of been a
language problem.At that time the Italians and Irish were not well
liked.My French relatives also went to Fitchburg. Someone can also go to
Atlantic Ave. in Boston and do your own research.
B.M.D. are here at the Ma.Vital,
I believe it is about $7.00 ? for the hours they are open.Sometimes
going from death records back gets more info.You must look through index
books,it gives the page and book #.Also,
some info is on microfilm.
