My ancestor, Duncan Stewart, of Ipswich, Newbury and Rowley, bought land
at Scarboro (now Maine, then MA) 1680 and sold said property 1708.

The family historian said Duncan never lived on the Scarboro property,
which may or may not be fact.

Does anyone have any knowledge of the said property or knowledge that
maybe a son or other relative lived there during that period?
