Here is what Pioneer of Mass says about Penelope's family.
Mr. Herbert Pelham, Esq. Cambridge 1635, propr. 1638; frm May 1645. His
sister PENELOPE age 16, came May 15, 1635 to pass to her bro.'s plantation
in N.E.; (she m Gov. Richard Bellingham 9 (9) 1641. ) He m Elizabeth ? ; ch
rec at Camb; Mary b 12 (9) 1643, Frances b 9 (9) 1645. He was town officer,
deputy, Asst.; chosen treasurer of Harvard College 27 (10) 1643. Land
adjoining in and near Sudbury. He returned to Eng. Will dated at Ferrers
in Bewers Hamlet, co. Essex. 1 Jan 1672 gave to sisters Elizabeth Pelham
and Penelope, wife of R. Bellingham, Esq.; to his sons Waldegrave, Edward,
Nathaniel and Henry P.; to his daus PENELOPE, wife of Josias Winslow, Anne
P., Katherine Clark, and ?, the wife of Cuthlach Eliot (Guthlach Toliot.)
and her dau Elizabeth; to son Jermiah Stonnard. Son Edward to have property
in N. E.. Prob 30 March, 1676.

Josiah son of 1st Edward came in the White Angel to Saco 1631 and after a
residence in Scituate removed to Marshfield. He 1637 Margaret dau of
Thomas Bourne and had Elizabeth 1637, Jonathan 1638, Mary 1640 m John TRACY,
Margaret 1641m John Miller, Rebecca 1642 m John Thatcher of Yarmouth, Hannah
1644 m William Crow and John Sturtevant.

Josiah son of 2nd Edward m 1651 PENELOPE dau of Herbert Pelham and had
Elizabeth 1664 m Stephen Burton, Edward 1667, Isaac 1670.

Josiah Freetown son of 3rd Kenelm m 1695 Margaret d of James Tisdale of
Taunton, and had Josiah 1697 m Sarah Hayward of Bridgewater, Mercy 1700 m
James Whitcomb of Rochester, Ebenezer1705 , Esther Atwood, and had
Benjamin of Berkley m Phebe Pierce;, Edward, 1709, James 1712, Margaret 1716
m John King of Norton, Mary 1720 m Daniel Hunt, RACHEL 1722 m Edward
Winslow.` This Edward was from Rochester, son of Edward who was son of 3rd
Kenelm Winslow. Rachel was his 2nd wife.
