Max,
I have some information on Clement Briggs for you.Taken from the NEHG .
He came in the "Fortune" in 1621; he was at Weymouth in 1633. On 29th
August, 1638 he acknowledged the sale of some land at Plymouth to Robert
Heeks. He is referred to as Clement Briggs of Weymouth felmonger.
Clement was the father to John Briggs who was born in Weymouth between 1635
and 1640. The copy of "Clement Briggs of Plymouth Colony and His
Descendents" (1966) Edna Anne Hannibal and Claude W. Barlow has all the
information that you would want.
Sorry this isn't more, but maybe it will help a little.
Rosa
