Hi!

I am so glad someone brought this up! I have not been comfortable with
Susanna Skelton as the wife of John Marsh for some time. Rev. Samuel
Skelton married Susanna Travis on 27 Apr. 1619 and the first child was bp
12 Aug. 1621; second child bp 8 Jan. 1622/3; Susanna (third child) bp 3
Apr. 1625; fourth child bp 28 June 1627. In order for Susanna Skelton to
be the wife of John Marsh she would have had to have been born by 1616 or
1618.... and that would be impossible if she is the daughter of Samuel
Skelton! So, did John Marsh have a first wife Susanna who died and then
he married Susanna Skelton ca 1645?

I also descend from Zachary Marsh thru his son Benjamin and then thru 2
daughters of Benjamin - Elizabeth who married Samuel Rich and Mary who
married Joseph Bullen.
