No, reservations w/o a car is not necessary. There is a parking area in
both Woodshole and Oak Bluffs that I know of. I already have my
reservations w/ a car for the end of August. They go quickly, so, it was
booked on opening day (Feb. 1st). Have a great time. Martha's Vineyard is
a wonderful vacation spot.
