Many have responded and the answer is really
muddled.
One responded stating its a relationship
that the submitter "claims" to have an association with....
no documentation is needed : ((......While others feel
that this person "Relative" was simple an informant
and did not know the true identity of the parents, spouse.....
So in essence when I come across this indication I
will be handling it very carefully......I hate chasing my
tail for months only to find it to be a dead -end....
