The LDS info on the Ancestry Files and International Genealogical Indexes is
received from people who have done their own research and submitted to the
LDS church. The LDS church does not verify this info. Therefore the onus
is on the submitter to make sure that what they send in is correct. The
same applies for Family Tree. If you find that the info is not correct, get
in touch with the submitter, both the LDS church and FTM have this info.
