Friends,

I've seen it discussed in past weeks and I cannot find the digest
references in my archives: Where would one find reference to a family
member, my Great Grandfather, who was possibly institutionalized or
jailed between 1913 or 1914 and ~1920, last known residence: South
Boston. Is there a site that discusses the history of these poor
souls:I remember reading about Dorothea Dix...

My lost grandfather is George Francis Kaiser, dob: 30 DEC 1890,
last address 119 L Street, S. Boston, Phillips Andover Class of 1913.
