The Massachusetts State Registry of Vital Records and Statistics is located
at 150 Mt. Vernon Street, 1st floor, Dorchester, MA 02125-3105. This is next
to the Bayside Expo Center.
The Massachusetts Archives is located at 220 Morrissey Blvd., Dorchester,
Mass. This is opposite the JFK Library.
