The only birth for an early Mary is the one I listed in my post.

Mary Lynde m Jonathan Sargent. Rev. M Wigglesworth. 13 March 1700, Malden
VR p 261

Mary Sargent, w/of Jonathan [38y 4m 14d], 19 Nov 1716, Malden VR p 373

this would give an approximate birth date of 5 July 1678.
