I have indexed the book:
New England Cemeteries:A Collector's Guide
by Andrew Kull
Published by the Stephen Greene Press in Brattleboro, VT 1975
The book is divided into 6 states, each state in alphabetical order by towns.
The book highlights 262 selected best old-time graveyards to visit. This is
not a transcription of each cemetery. Instead, the author suggests why this
cemetery is worthy of a visit and gives the directions. Often he sites one
or two people buried in each cemetery.
Each name in my index is followed by dates (if the author gave them), then
the page number and state in which it is found. If you see a name that
interests you, I can give you the town and cemetery name and any other
information from the text of the book (which is very limited). But the name
of a town may be worth a great deal if you are searching for someone but
don't know where to look.
Please feel free to copy this index especially if you have the book. The
index in the book is not complete and that is why I did my own. I have the
other states completed and will post them on other lists. I can e-mail you
the entire index if you'd like.
