Your mention of the name "Harvey" woke up a memory crammed in a far corner of
my mind. At the time of the Industrial Revolution, when farm girls were
recruited to come to the "big city" and work in the mills, they were housed
in strictly chaperoned dormitories. As I recall, these, or some, at least,
were called "Harvey Girls." Am I correct, anyone?
Any possibility there might be a connection, here, with your Harvey
ancestors?
I just can't resist poking around in history! Such fascinating stuff!
