HELP! I am attempting to obtain the military records of my ancestor,
Amos SPRING, who was in the Revolutionary War. I wrote to the National
Archives in Washington and received word today that they could not
locate his file. They suggested I write to the State Archives, but I do
not have the address. Can someone please advise me as to the proper
procedure for doing so and the address?
