Hi, Priscilla,
You have to be told by NARA to contact the VA nearest to you. This is
the first time I followed through on it. What a surprise! A super
large envelope (where will I file it???).
And I mentioned in my previous e-mail that I hadn't been billed for the
second one for which I used a credit card. I got a bill for it today!
