I now live not far from Piscataway, NJ where Richard HIGGINS may have died
about 1674/75. I'm now curious about whether there are any surviving records
or gravestones. I will try to find out.

Just some random thoughts over my first cup of morning coffee..........

If you are luck in your search for Higgins grave markers, and want to
photograph them, remember the hint of using "squirt cream" (whipped cream
that comes in a can, under pressure) to fill in the chiseled letters.
This makes them show up better if they are worn, or if there is a shadow
problem.
Some folks have used "squirt" shaving cream, but this is a BIG no-no!!!!
Whatever it is in shaving cream that is supposed to make whiskers softer &
easier to cut also can have a damaging effect, in the long run, on the
marble or stone markers.
