One possibility is "Topographical Dictionary of 2885 English Emigrants to New
England, 1620-1650" by Charles Banks which gives information on what English
county an individual came from, where he went in the U.S. and sometimes the
ship on which he arrived.

Another is Meredith Colket's "Founders of Early American Families: Emigrants
from Europe 1607-1657" which gives date and place of settlement or date and
place of arrival.

There is also "A catalogue of names of the early puritan settlers of the
Colony of Connecticut : with the time of their arrival in the country and
colony, their standing in society, place of residence, condition in life,
where from, business, & c., as far as is found on record." Collected from
records, by Royal R.Hinman, of Hartford. Salem, MA : Higginson Book Co.,
[1996?].

I have access to the Banks book and could do some look-ups if I don't get too
many.
